Our sheera multicolour slate modular set are calibrated to a standard depth of 12mm, although owing to the nature of the natural riven surface you will find nominal variations of +/- 4mm. (Please note this is an average tolerance) We suggest grading your tiles prior to fitting.
High colour variation is also an inherent part of the beauty of sheera multicolour slate natural stone and no tile will be the same. We advise sorting and laying out your tiles before fixing to ensure you get a good mix of shades across the area.
We recommend that 10-15% extra is added to your order to cover any cuts and breakages.

Standard Delivery Procedure
We like to keep things transparent when it comes to delivery costs. Instead of hiding the delivery fee in the price of our tiles, we show it separately at checkout. We regularly check our prices to make sure your total basket cost stays super competitive compared to other major retailers. So, even if you’re outside our free delivery zone due to distance, you can shop with confidence knowing you’re still getting amazing value.
Delivery costs are based on the weight of your order and the distance to your postcode. Once you’ve added your items to YOUR BASKET, you can easily estimate your delivery cost and choose between next-day or economy services. Keep in mind, some postcodes may only have an economy option due to their distance from our warehouse.
Please provide a mobile telephone number, as you will receive a text on the delivery day when your order has been loaded onto the delivery vehicle and a further ETA.
We want your delivery to go smoothly. It's really important that you tell us in advance about any possible restrictions, as some of these can mean the delivery is unable to be completed with the standard tail lift vehicle. Please be aware that we do NOT use HiAb or crane offloads for our consignments.
Your delivery is a Kerbside service via an 18T curtain sided lorry with a tail lift, between 8am and 6pm. Please refer to our delivery video beloe and advise us of any restrictions prior to your order being dispatched.
We recommend having your tiles delivered a week before they are due to be installed.
Sample Delivery
Samples are sent with Evri & DHL and will be delivered between 2-3 working days.
Parcel Courier Delivery
All parcel courier deliveries (orders under 20kg) are sent with DHL on a 24 hour service. Please provide a mobile telephone number, as you will receive a text on the delivery day with an estimated time of delivery. The driver with photograph the parcel at your property as proof of delivery. Deliveries are Monday to Friday.
Scottish Highlands & Islands - some area post codes will not automatically quote for a parcel courier service so please call 01530 811118 for a delivery quotation.
Pallet Delivery
All pallet deliveries are an open delivery window from 8.30am-6.00pm. Therefore we ask that there is somebody available at the delivery address to sign for the goods. This is a ‘Kerbside’ service which will arrive by our 3rd party haulier. All deliveries will be on a pallet and delivered to the nearest accessible location.
We want your delivery to go smoothly.
